About Ambital
Built by a fractional operator, for people who work across many clients
Ambital is business management software for independent consultants, fractional leaders, freelancers and teams of up to five. It was founded by Anne-Marie O'Neill, a fractional COO who has led operations at board level for brands including Coca-Cola, Tesco, JLL and Gear4music.

Nothing was built for this way of working
Most business tools assume one employer, one inbox and one calendar. A fractional leader or consultant works inside several clients' email and calendars at once, and most tools will only sync one mailbox. Ambital connects every account, on any domain, and files each email and meeting to the right client.
Minimum seats punish a business of one
Many project and practice tools start at three seats or more, so a one-person practice pays for people it doesn't have. Ambital's plans are flat monthly prices, with a free plan, and a team plan when you grow to five.
The subscriptions kept adding up
A project tool, a CRM, e-signatures, a time tracker, a client portal and an AI assistant, each priced separately and each going up. Ambital puts the whole workflow in one place, on one subscription.
Your data
How Ambital looks after your clients' information
- The app and its database run in London data centres.
- Every seat only sees what its role allows, and Ambi, the AI assistant, follows the same rules.
- Nothing reaches a client until you send it; client portals are invitation-only, per project.
- A published privacy policy, cookie policy and data processing agreement.
