Straight answers
- Can I connect the email account a client gave me?
- Yes. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, on any domain. It sits alongside your own account, and its email files against that client's projects.
- Can clients see my other clients or my own business?
- No. Each client sees only their own portal, and only what you switch on. Business and Personal never appear there.
- I work with an associate now and then. Do I need Teams?
- Not usually. On Business Pro, sub-contractors join your projects as free guests. Teams is for when two to five people all need a full seat.
- Which plan do I need?
- Most independents choose Business at £59 a month, for the client portal, contracts and forecasting. Prices exclude VAT.
