Pricing questions
Before you choose a plan
- How much does Ambital cost?
- Ambital costs £0 (Free), £39 (Pro), £59 (Business) or £79 (Business Pro) a month for one person, and £150 a month for Teams of up to five people. Prices exclude VAT.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. Each plan is one flat monthly price. Business Pro is one person with 5 free guest seats for sub-contractors and other firms' people, and Teams covers up to five people on full seats with 10 free guests.
- What can I do on the Free plan?
- The Free plan runs the full workflow at small scale: 2 active projects, 3 clients, 3 invoices a month, time tracking, every billing model, proposals and agreements (e-signature and approvals start on Pro), and 100,000 AI tokens a month. No card is needed.
- Which plan do most people choose?
- Most independents choose Business at £59 a month: clients approve work from an email link, client onboarding, social media, forecasting and accounting software sync. Business Pro at £79 adds the full client portal, briefs your client signs off, ready-made templates and service menus.
- What add-ons are there?
- AI Boost adds another million AI tokens for £5 a month, and each extra connected email account is £5 a month, on any paid plan. On Business Pro and Teams, each additional organisation is £25 a month.
- What is a guest seat?
- A guest seat lets someone outside your business, such as a sub-contractor or a partner firm's consultant, work on the projects you invite them to without taking a paid seat.
- What if my team is bigger than five?
- Talk to us. Teams is designed for up to five people; for up to ten, email hello@ambital.co.uk and we'll set up a plan with you.
