Sell packaged services from a menu, deliver them from a template

For anyone with a fixed offer: workshops, sprints, onboarding packages, monthly packs. A workshop day, a two-week discovery sprint, an onboarding package, a monthly board pack. Put the offer in your services catalogue, share a menu with a prospect, and start the project from the template when they say yes.

How it's soldSold from a services menu: the prospect ticks what they want, answers your questions, and a draft proposal is waiting for you.

What you get

Pick “Packaged or productised service” and this is set up for you

When you create a project, Ambital asks what it's for. The answer sets the billing model, the phases and the tabs. Change any of it, or save your own version as a template.

Packaged services questions

Straight answers

Does the prospect need an account?
No. A service menu is a branded link, or a PDF, with nothing to sign up for.
What happens when they send it back?
Their choices become a deal in your pipeline and a draft proposal, with their answers in the introduction.
Can I sell the same service at different prices?
Yes. Adjust the price on the proposal before you send it; the catalogue keeps your standard price.
Which plan do I need?
It needs Business Pro (£79 a month) or above. Prices exclude VAT.
