Microsoft 365

Outlook calendar and mail, Teams and OneDrive — the Microsoft side of the same coin.

If your working life runs on Microsoft, the 365 integration does what Google Workspace does for Google people: Outlook calendar and mail, Teams and OneDrive, connected per account with per-service toggles.

Connecting

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect on the Microsoft 365 card.
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account and approve the access.

If your organisation's IT policy requires admin consent for new apps, your Microsoft 365 administrator may need to approve Ambital once for the whole tenant — the connect flow walks through it, and there's a dedicated hand-off link you can send your IT admin.

What syncs

  • Outlook calendar — events on Ambital's Calendar page, routed to projects by your rules.
  • Outlook mail — client threads onto project Emails tabs, with the same per-project routing as Gmail.
  • Teams and OneDrive — toggled per account like every other service.

Connected email accounts share one plan cap across Microsoft 365 and Google together: 2 Free / 3 Pro / 5 Business / 10 Business Pro.

Mixing providers

You can connect Google and Microsoft accounts side by side — a common setup when your business runs on one and a client's mailbox runs on the other. Routing rules don't care which provider a thread came from; see Routing emails and meetings.
